El Asociado de Producción puede adquirir experiencia trabajando en varios puestos de procesamiento de aves de corral, incluyendo Cortadora, Operador de Balanza y Mezcla. La planta es un lugar frío, ciertos empleados levantan de 50 a 67 libras y están parado(a)s el 80% del tiempo. El trabajo de producción es rápido, por lo que necesitamos a alguien comprometido con la precisión y la velocidad.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

  • Capacidad para cambiar o adaptar las prácticas de trabajo y el pensamiento positivo.
  • Aprender nuevas habilidades y ayude a mejorar los procesos actuales.
  • Trabajar en un entorno acelerado y mantener un flujo razonable de producción.
  • Puede requerir la realización de diferentes tareas laborales dentro de la línea u otros departamentos, según sea necesario.

FORMACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y CUALIFICACIONES:

  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Ser capaz de seguir procedimientos.
  • Seguir los pasos de GMP, PPE, SQF, Seguridad y USDA de la planta.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma rápida y segura para cumplir con los requisitos de producción.
  • El candidato(a) debe aprobar con éxito la prueba de antecedentes y drogas posterior a la oferta / preempleo.
