Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a keen eye for UI/UX design to take a leading role in developing next-generation Generative AI (GenAI) chatbots. This role is at the intersection of intuitive user interface design and robust backend architecture, aimed at crafting engaging and innovative conversational AI experiences. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, which includes Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, you will play a crucial role in bringing our GenAI projects from concept to reality, ensuring they are not only technologically advanced but also user-friendly and impactful.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX Development: Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for GenAI chatbots, focusing on creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
  2. Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain the full stack of the application, ensuring efficient operation from the front end to the backend.
  3. Project Leadership: Guide projects from initial ideation through to successful launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
  4. DevOps and IaC: Embrace DevOps practices and leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and optimize our cloud infrastructure, enhancing the agility and reliability of our projects.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, contributing your expertise to the development of innovative solutions and the continuous improvement of our processes and products.
  6. Scalability and Resilience: Ensure the scalability and resilience of our applications, making strategic decisions that allow our projects to adapt and thrive in a dynamic technological landscape.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
  3. Extensive knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in creating user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  4. Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js for front-end; Node.js, Python for back-end).
  5. Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation platforms.
  6. Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the implementation of scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure.
  7. Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and the principles of Generative AI (GenAI) is highly desirable.
  8. Excellent problem-solving abilities, alongside strong communication and collaboration skills.

Must have:

  1. Ability to write Terraform IAC, and then deploy it in a scalable way.
  2. Collaboration and team player, can’t work in a silo.
  3. Understand how to scale this as a solution. Make it work in other environments.
  4. Desire to embrace DevOps and IAC.
