As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations. *Qualifications:*
* Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN licensure in the state of practice required
* Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility

Boulevard, located at 2839 S Seacrest Blvd. Boynton Beach, Fl 33435 is a joint commission accredited center that offers in-patient residential care, sub-acute / short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day-per-week admissions, residential activities, and a rehabilitation gym with inpatient and outpatient therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
