Pride Health is hiring for a Surgical Technologist to support our client’s facility in Charlotte, NC. This is a 13-week contract with night shifts and an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team
Job Summary: The Surgical Technologist will assist in surgical procedures, maintain sterile fields, and ensure patient care during surgeries. You will help prepare the operating room and ensure equipment and supplies are handled correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply aseptic techniques and assist with surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and organize supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Monitor sterilization processes and ensure proper handling of specimens.
- Participate in the room turnover process and maintain accurate documentation.
- Adhere to department policies and contribute to performance improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military training program.
- CST certification preferred (may be required in certain cases).
- BLS certification required.
- 2+ years of experience in surgical technology, preferably in robotics and vascular surgeries.
Additional Information:
- Location: Charlotte, NC 28203
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
- Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
