Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.
$30,000 sign-on bonus

Position Highlights:

* May be eligible for $30,000 sign-on bonus with 3 year commitment
* Compensation: Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.

Job Summary
Provides direct, professional nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, for the long-term care resident according to established standards, policies, procedures, licensure and scope of practice.
Education and/or Experience

* One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

* Current Licensure as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.

Work Schedule

* Day/Night Shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am; 48 hours every 2 weeks

* Every third weekend
* Every third holiday

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

* $22.75 - $31.50 per hour
