Requirements:

Must have obtained a Texas medical license or have initiated the licensing process.

Schedule:

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Duties:

Provide comprehensive primary care services.
Conduct consultations and follow-up appointments.
Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and acute illnesses.
Perform physicals, meet Medicare requirements, and handle minor procedures (e.g., toenail excision, mole biopsy).
Refer patients to specialists as needed.
Manage patient flow with the assistance of a scribe (seeing 3-4 patients per hour).
Utilize All Scripts for Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Compensation:

New graduates: $105,000 for the first year, $120,000 for the second year
Bonus: $5,000

Initial interview can be conducted via phone or face-to-face.
Site visit fees for interviews will be covered.

Additional Notes:

No non-compete clause after leaving the practice.
