About the Organization\nAt beYOUtiful Counseling Services, located in Sacramento, California, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, client-centered therapy through in-person sessions and telehealth services. - Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.\n
- Collaborating with a network of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.\n
- Embracing a growth mindset, continuously seeking improvement in therapeutic practices and client interactions.\n
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse client populations, including youth and adults navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healing and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.\n
- Current licensure as a LPCC in California.\n
- Fulfilling the internal credentialing requirements within our clinical settings.\n
- At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.\n
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experience in therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and those who have worked in community settings will find themselves well-suited for this role.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
