About You- Multiple years of management experience
- Ability to grow and develop an engineering team through mentorship, coaching, and staffing decisions
- Communicating and collaborating with cross functional partners in engineering, product management and other areas
- Proven track record of delivering large engineering projects to production, including re-architectures and migrations of existing products
- Experienced with desktop application development, preferably on multiple platforms
- Able to create and communicate team goals and priorities, and align them with broader company themes
- Developing a long-term vision and roadmap that meets the needs of the team and organization/company
- Program management experience - multi-quarter planning and execution
- Execution of large technology migrations
- Experience leading remote teams
- Familiarity with mobile app development and mobile app stores
- Previous work on platform and developer infrastructure teams

What Else?This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $216,000 to $255,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
