As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence and event promotions.

Job Overview:

As an Advertising Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing RAVEZ’s advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and more). You will collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ads, track campaign analytics, manage our influencer and promoter affiliate relationships, and ensure that every event gets the attention it deserves. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Design and schedule digital ads for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.

  • Analytics Tracking: Monitor and report on ad campaign performance to optimize reach and engagement.

  • Affiliate Management: Build and nurture relationships with our network of influencer promoters. Provide them with unique links to drive ticket sales and track their performance.

  • Creative Direction: Work closely with the content creators and graphic design team to ensure that all ads are on-brand, visually appealing, and informative.

  • Ad Posting Coordination: Ensure that ads are posted on schedule, by both internal and external teams, across all social platforms.

  • Innovation: Help us stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and social media marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a student at a Richmond based university pursuing a major or Adverting/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be able to commit to a part-time role 5-6 hours per week.
  • Previous experience with digital advertising and social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) preferred but not necessary
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Must possess a creative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.) to measure and improve campaign performance. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
