Lifeway Mobility , a leader in an accessibility solutions, is seeking skilled Field Install Technicians to join their team in Union City, CA .

If you have any hands-on mechanical experience (automotive, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, installation etc.) or any in-home installation experience (cable, appliance, etc.), and can lift up to 75lbs , this is your start to a fulfilling career

  • Competitive pay : Starting between $25 - $27/hr, based on experience. You can earn $56,000 in your first year

You will have the opportunity to be promoted into higher level Technician roles, as well as mentor and trainer roles - all of which will earn you increased wages
  • Monday - Friday daytime schedule Some overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays to earn more but are not required.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Install and repair accessibility products including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and more
  • Explain the project to the customer and answer questions
  • Enter work order and inventory data in the Lifeway computer system
  • Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training (paid time)
  • Pick up and load company vehicle at the Baltimore location each morning
  • Work on jobs throughout the Baltimore area
  • No overnight travel, occasional Saturday overtime
  • Work independently or as part of a two-person team
