Java Senior Engineer with Network Experience for Critical Infrastructure

We're looking for a USA based strong JAVA developer with a passion for infrastructure lifecycle management and implementing creative solutions. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects that involve operating servers with a minimal human interaction.



The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure lifecycle automation and deployment

• Maintain software standards and unit test coverage

• Implement features and perform bug fixes in existing code base

• Work with engineers to develop the most optimal solution

• Documentation of software

• Data modeling


Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Currently Proficient in Java (5+ years of hands-on experience)

• Working knowledge of Python and Go

• Experience in CI/CD practices

• Experience with software development standards (SDLC)

• Experience with relational database (MySQL) and NoSQL database (MongoDB)

• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes

• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good theoretical foundation in computer science
