You are a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, and you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Lead or support the FINs Testing workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  2. Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
  3. Research and resolve day-to-day Workday FINs Testing issues.
  4. Work with the client to support the new requirements for Testing in Workday.
  5. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  6. Provide support for regular and special FINs Testing processes in Workday.
  7. Support FINs Testing activities like posting, bank transfer, and paychecks in Workday.
  8. Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
  9. Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
  10. Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
  11. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  12. Architect Workday FINs Testing solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  13. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  14. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
  15. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  16. Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  17. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  18. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Workday Financials Partner Certification.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
  5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience).
Bonus Points If:
  1. Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.).
  2. Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
  3. Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  4. Other leading Cloud-based SaaS financial application implementation experience.
  5. An advanced degree in the area of specialization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
