RN Med Surg

Immediate need for a talented RN Med Surg. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Gainesville, FL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job ID: 24-30557 Pay Range: $30.09 - $43/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Note: 3X12 Days/Nights/Weekend with shift diffs . Key Responsibilities: * Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation * Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team * Analyse the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues * Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation * Act as an advocate for patient safety. * Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. * Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure, and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay Key Requirements and Technology Experience: * RN License in FL or compact State * Covid Certification Our client is a leading Healthcare organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
