Compensation:
Starting wage: $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour

Job Type:

* Part time and Full time
* Flexible schedule
* Every other weekend
* Holidays

What you'll be doing:

* Perform personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
* Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
* Report changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN.
* Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
* Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
* Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services, e.g. range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned.

What we're looking for:

* A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
* Must have Certified Nursing Assistant credentials in the state of agency operation.
* Must have current BLS Certification.
* One Year (1) of healthcare experience in healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term Care.
