Copay Programs Marketing Manager

What you will do

In this vital role, you will be responsible for strategy, development, and ensuring affordability and access to therapies through the management of various patient affordability programs enabling patients to get started on the prescribed treatment as quickly as possible.

  1. Manage copay and coinsurance programs that provide patient cost-sharing assistance, including method of grant issuance.
  2. Provide primary account management support to third-party program sponsors.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of copay program strategies.
  4. Collaborate with Copay and Call Center vendors in establishing SOPs for patient affordability support service offerings.
  5. Develop copay program resources including relevant trainings.
  6. Provide data analysis that drives program performance and consistent program improvements.
  7. Develop tools and training such as affordability and access materials for HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.
  8. MAC submission of above brand copay program materials, including trainings.
  9. Serve as an advisor for Copay Program Support for every brand.
  10. Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Doctorate degree OR
  2. Master’s degree and 2 years of marketing, process and/or business operations experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization OR
  3. Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of marketing, process and/or business operations experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization OR
  4. Associate’s degree and 8 years of marketing, process and/or business operations experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization OR
  5. High school diploma / GED and 10 years of marketing, process and/or business operations experience in a role aligned with a marketing/sales commercial organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects.
  2. 3 or more years’ experience working with copay or patient support programs.
  3. Demonstrates creativity and foresight in anticipating and solving complex project issues.
  4. Confidence in working with various levels of staff.
  5. Experience leading or being a part of a cross-functional project team.
  6. Experience working with key internal or external partners.
  7. Experience critically evaluating processes and establishing creative solutions.
  8. Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Strong project management skills; lead and run projects from concept to completion.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and successfully present information.
  11. Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills.
  13. Ability to influence others while fostering a value-based environment of high performance and fairness.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
