YOUR CANDIDATE JOURNEY

Do you find yourself constantly looking for more and better information? Do you want a job where you can use your knowledge and research skills to improve national security? As a network development analyst, you will play a meaningful role in addressing the challenges faced by the intelligence community. With critical thinking and flexibility, you will seek out accurate data sources, sift through raw data, and turn it into valuable intelligence. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.

As a network development analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You'll leverage expertise in all-source analysis techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policy makers and DoD officials of military capabilities, political-military issues and military strategies. You'll use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. You'll analyze the development of products tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our policy makers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with targeting or network development analysis and US government all-source analysis production within the IC or Combatant Command environments
  • Experience with using high-side tools, including Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
  • Experience in working with SIGINT and HUMINT
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with all-source intelligence, Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with all-source intelligence, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in working with collection managers and crafting requirements, conducting order of battle analysis, or implementing technical solutions for big data problems
  • Experience with analyzing issues pertaining to MENA
  • Knowledge of the targeting life cycle, including a target network profile course
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, MENA Studies, or a related field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
