Conduct outreach to new Medicare members and assist them with their plans
Serve as a navigator during the onboarding process and follow up to ensure member satisfaction
Log all member contacts in a database and participate in member engagement work groups
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, or healthcare systems
Experience conducting intake, interviews, or research of consumer or provider issues
Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
