This facility specifically offers programs that have proven to decrease systems of mental illness in an inpatient setting. 

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all nursing operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. One must be comfortable collaborating with the executive team, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement strategies that promote clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. This CNO will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing operations within the Behavioral Health facility, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Prior experience in a similar position is very important in order to be successful in this role. Behavioral Health facilities have a very specific set of needs from a Chief Nursing Officer that they will looking out for in the next person coming in. 

Located about 40 miles South of Seattle, this town is highly recognized for their diverse community with a mix of residential neighborhoods. The city promotes outdoor recreation including many parks, trails, and access to water activities. With moderate temperatures and frequent rainfall, this area expresses typical pacific northwest temperatures. It is a wonderful place to live
