Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves working on the Med-Surg Floor, Med-Surg Oncology, and Emergency Room Nursing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong background in various nursing disciplines. Responsibilities * Provide high-quality patient care on the Med-Surg Floor and Med-Surg Oncology unit. * Deliver emergency care in the Emergency Room. * Float between Med-Surg and ER units as needed. * Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording observations and updating care plans accordingly. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care. Essential Skills * Florida RN licensure. * Experience as a Registered Nurse in Med-Surg, ICU, and ER settings. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in Oncology nursing is a plus. * Ability to float between different units as required. Work Environment The position is onsite at a hospital, with duties primarily on the Med-Surg Floor, ER, and floating as needed. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a strong commitment to patient care.
