In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals across assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, and clinic services
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Collaborate with a dynamic leadership team to drive continuous improvement in our care standards
  • Serve as a liaison with residents, guests, families, and POAs and participate in resident/family council meetings
  • Oversee healthcare services practices such as policy and procedure management and surveys and inspections to promote high standards of care
  • Assist the Executive Director in creating successful strategies and executing them into programs, services, and objectives that support our culture
  • Prepare an annual operating and capital budget for healthcare services and allocate resources to carry out the programs and activities

Job requirements are:

  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred
  • A valid Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state of employment
  • Five years of experience in a skilled nursing care facility or in a supervisory capacity within a hospital setting, with a focus on skilled nursing services
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a life plan community setting is a prerequisite

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Salary range is per $135-$165k year and is based on skills and experience.
