The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle develops policies and procedures across the system for greater efficiency, reduced variation, and increased patient satisfaction. This individual will collaborate on behalf of Revenue Cycle with the rest of the hospital system. They will oversee revenue cycle and billing for all 5 of our hospitals and Physician Services. Promotes point-of-service (POS) tools, techniques, and measurements. Enhances centralized business office to reduce errors and facility costs. Serves as key participant in the design, implementation, and support of IS Core systems. Optimizes hospital patient revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive billing knowledge and experience dealing with commercial payers.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive, the following criteria must be met:

  3. Must remain in original Job Title
  4. Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
