The Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in assessing and providing therapeutic interventions to individuals dealing with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities. Their primary objective is to assist clients in achieving their goals by enhancing, restoring, improving, and maintaining the essential skills necessary for daily living and work-related activities. Through their expertise and support, clients can overcome challenges and improve their overall functional abilities, ultimately leading to a higher quality of life and increased independence. 

As a Physical Therapist, you will have a direct reporting line to the Chief Operations Officer of the community hospital. In this role, you will closely collaborate with a tenured team of nursing staff, nursing aids, physicians, and physical therapists. This collaborative approach ensures seamless communication and coordination among health care professionals, enhancing the overall patient care experience and promoting better outcomes for the individuals you serve. Your expertise and dedication to improving patients' functional abilities will be integral in contributing to the hospital's commitment to providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.
