Offer Package Outline Starting Salary Range: $115,000 DOE, plus RVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold PTO 30 PTO days/240 Hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays/56 hours Competitive Sign-on Bonus Student Loan Repayment Moving Expense Allowance tailored to personal situation Annual CME allowance up to $3,000 Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence-based with limits of $2.3 million for each medical incident and $6.9 million aggregate Medical Insurance Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employees expense) Eligibility to participate in the Medical Centers 403(b) and 457(b) plans Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
