We offer 13-week travel contracts and provide assistance to find housing, navigating licensure for each state, and being the liaison between you and the facility. *Overview:*
* *Setting*: LTC/SNF, OP, IP, and HH
* *Total Pay Package: *Starting at$2000 per week
* *Schedule:* Flexible schedule available- No weekends, holidays or call
* *Length*: 13 weeks- Extension bonus offered
* *Contracts currently available:*
* Annandale
* Granite Falls
* Hibbing/Chisholm
* Montevideo
* Olivia
* Ortonville
* Staples
* Tyler
* Other locations throughout Minnesota

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
* Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
* Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
* Develop an individualized treatment plan
* Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
* Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients' pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
* Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
* Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process

*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Valid driver's license
* Must be able to pass a background check and pre-work screen physical examination
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
