As a SQL Developer at iSphere.net, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data solutions that align with business requirements and data flows. You will utilize your strong foundation in relational databases and working knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL) to develop and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and query optimization.

In addition to your expertise in database management, you will also be proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing technologies. From development to maintenance, you will utilize tools such as PowerBI, SSRS, and SSAS to provide effective reporting and analysis.

Collaboration is key at iSphere.net, and as a SQL Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with organizational objectives. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in effectively collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and optimize advanced T-SQL queries.
- Understand business requirements and data flows to design and implement robust data solutions.
- Develop and maintain relational databases, with expertise in database design, management, and query optimization.
- Work with non-relational databases (NoSQL) and provide insight into best practices for their implementation.
- Utilize BI and data warehousing technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Provide support for ETL processes, including the use of SSIS, SQL CDC, and SQL Replication.
- Implement and manage PowerBI, SSRS, and SSAS for effective reporting and analysis.
- Perform scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Work with cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure (good to have).

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SQL development and database management.
- Proven expertise in advanced T-SQL, relational database design, and performance tuning.
- Experience in BI/data warehousing development, with strong skills in reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL) and cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
