This position is for a Physical Therapist to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Summerville, SC area, billed as Medicare Part B. Overview:
A growing organization in South Carolina is looking to hire a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Summerville area. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (billed under Medicare Part B) in patients homes, focusing primarily on geriatric care.

Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- Eligible for South Carolina licensure
- For PRN/Per Diem, a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability are required
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability
- Passion for providing creative, evidence-based care
- New grads are welcome and will be supported and mentored
- Some prior work experience is required for PRN/Per Diem candidates
