Job Description
* Education - High School or Equivalent
* 1 to 3 years business work experience
* Must have Knowledge/experience with Office Package and SAP ERP system
* Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal repairs and overhauls
* Transfer and Shipments of Materials between sites
* Verification of accurate ECO Shipping terms
* Customer Services skills; verbal, written and face to face meetings with both internal and external customers
* Upload accurate data within SAP ERP system and customer specific portals
* Current levels of packaging materials inventory with review and approval of invoices
* Document and management inventory of customer containers
* Accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits
* Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs
* Extract data from SAP for reporting information
* Creation of accurate military documents for shipments
* Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements
* Support customer requests, traffic activities and contract administration activities as required
