This posting is for multiple openings of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in St. Elias, AK. We are hiring for the following positions in the Occupational Therapy Department:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy (COTA) from an accredited university.
Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or
Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or
Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Pay Range: $29.56 - $46.10
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
