*Duration*: 8 Weeks (possible extension)

*Shift*: 3x12 days, rotating wknds and holidays

*Start*: ASAP (2 weeks for compliance)

*Pay*: $44/hr (blended of taxed and stipend)

$1,620/ Weekly gross (based on 36 hrs)

*Notes:*

- Rate is less for locals within 50 miles

- 1+ yr LPN experience Required

- Must be licensed in the state of WV/Compact

- Must have an active BLS
