About the Job:

  • Provide support in every stage of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence to financing and closing.
  • Coordinate closings, prepare checklists, and track key deadlines.
  • Review and analyze legal documents such as corporate resolutions, title and survey, and loan agreements.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, coordinate the tracking and storage of client information, and collaborate closely with title companies and surveyors.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have at least five (5) or more years of prior law firm experience supporting real estate attorneys. Degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
