* Hourly travel stipend: $30/hr
* Hourly taxable: $25/hr

*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings, including clinics, assisted living facilities, and acute care environments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.

*Duties*
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of care provided using ICD-9 coding when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with infection control standards and protocols.
* Support patients in various settings, including geriatrics, hospice care, and pediatric care as needed.

*Experience*
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in areas such as ophthalmology, geriatrics, acute care, or assisted living.
* Familiarity with infection control practices is essential.
* Experience working with children or in hospice care is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for effective patient management.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients.
