Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Rotating Shifts Required: Days with Rotation to Eves and/or Nights with 1 Night of on Call

Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1/2-3 Evals, 1/1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or Epidural. PP 1/3-4
