Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) to the owner. Mortgage Loan Processing is required as a portion of the job (25%-50% depending on company loan volume). The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for loan processing of both traditional mortgage transactions as well as assisting and providing underwriting / approval decisions for our in-house Seller Financing Buyer program.

Other duties will include assisting the owner with the current portfolio of seller financed notes and vacation rental properties. EA will assist in managing various aspects of mortgage lending on a day-to-day basis in the Scottsdale, AZ office. The EA will take on managerial roles as staff increases.
