Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols.
Prepare, operate, and monitor surgical equipment and instruments.
Assess patient status and respond to any changes during surgery.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state licensure).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience.
Proficiency in both scrub and circulate roles is preferred.
Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
