About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding equipment, ensuring the production of precision carbide tools that meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce precision carbide cutting tools.
  • Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to maintain optimal performance.
  • Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines.
  • Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles, techniques, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
