You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others.
Education Qualifications:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year

Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year

Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 2 years

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years

Must Meet the Following Qualifications:

One year of Critical Care experience (includes ICU, PACU, 24 Hour Care) or Emergency Department experience in an ED with a yearly census greater than 20,000. All experience must be within the last 5 years.
