Physical Therapist: Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute- Crown Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary starts at $80k/yr. commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus available.

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm. No weekends. 

Work setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: 500 E. 109th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307

 

Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute in Crown Point is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team and be an integral part of our patient’s orthopedic journey. Responsibilities:
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Close communication with referral sources
  • Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Strong documentation skills recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
  • Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
Qualifications:
  • Indiana license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
  • Applicants must work well with other therapists, physicians, and staff.
