Requirements:

  • CA License
  • 1 year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or outpatient setting
  • Current Occupational Therapy certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy
  • BCLS
Other Details:
  • Eligible to be insured under the Medical Health’s Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21)
