Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.Why Join Caravel? No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite. Sheboygan Address: 905 South Taylor Drive Sheboygan, WI 53081 We Offer: No RBT? $16.00 to $17.00 Sign On Bonus $750.Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT Pay based on experience, education, and performance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holiday pay, short/long-term disability (for full-time) Health, dental, and vision insurance options $500 teammate referral bonus Ongoing professional development and career growthBi-Weekly payNo dress code.
