Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve. How you'll contribute  An IOP Therapist who excels in this role: Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problemsDisplays active involvement in treatment planning processDisplays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment processAs therapeutically necessary, family session counseling provides to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groupsDemonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment, documenting all correspondence held with patients and other stakeholders Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
