Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and robust microservices architecture using Springboot and Java Design Patterns.
  • Oversee the implementation of enterprise-level solutions on Microsoft Azure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices in coding and design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design patterns, standards, and guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of microservices with existing systems and third-party services.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all architectural and development activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall system architecture.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and its various services.
  • Expertise in Springboot, Microservices, and Java Design Pattern.
  • Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect and Java Solution Architect.
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and its unique challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adept at mentoring and guiding development teams.
  • Proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining architectural documentation.
  • Capable of conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 18 to 20 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture Architecture Views Design and Architectural Design & Pattern. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Marketing Communication and Promotion. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive architectural excellence and innovation contributing significantly to our companys success.


Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Oversee the design and integration of architecture views to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.Provide expert guidance on architectural design patterns to enhance system performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture solutions meet both technical and business requirements.Drive the adoption of best practices in architectural design and development across the organization.Ensure that all architectural solutions are in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Mentor and support junior architects and other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and decisions.Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the architectural framework.Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives.Ensure that architectural solutions are designed to be scalable secure and sustainable.
