Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Interviews: Phone

Call/Weekend Requirement: must report within 30 minutes; Call – no more than 2 weekend call shifts in a 6 week schedule

Weekend Requirement – no more than 2 weekend shifts, Friday, Saturday or Sunday in a 6 week schedule. These maybe night shifts

Call and weekend shifts will be rotating (days, evenings, nights)

Floating Requirement: Floating is a requirement of contingent staffers. Floating can happen pre-shift or mid-shift. Floating can also happen several times a shift. Contingent staffers are expected to float to areas of need when needed, please be prepared to float.

Notes: offers need to be responded to with an acceptance or a decline within 48 hours or they will be pulled. Time off will not be added/altered once an offer is accepted.

Scrubs: Navy Blue

Seasonal vaccine or declination must be updated annually.

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
