Experience:

• 12 months of Home Health experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Axxess is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Days, some weekends and call. Could be called out in the evening.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Must have the ability to lift, push pull, or move patients, equipment, or supplies in excess of fifty pounds with or without the use of adaptive/assistive devices.
