Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

  • Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Depending on position- in past have hired to MRI, CT, Xray, and Ultrasound techs, May float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER)

  • Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Mixed population from pediatrics to geriatrics, vast variety of imaging/studies, busy OR and ER CTAs, hearts, perfusion

  • Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Prefer overnight techs to be able to do CT and X-ray, Must understand methods and is capable of performing venipuncture as required, Demonstrates ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion Must be self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects/assignments, Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills

  • Department Specific Equipment: Siemens equipment, Bracco contrast injectors

  • Weekend Requirements: Depends on posted shift

  • Holiday Requirements: If needed for the department

  • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 36-40 hours

  • Additional Notes: Fast paced and busy facility, patients are high acuity, Attributes that will make a traveler successful here include being willing to jump in and stay busy, be able to think outside of the box for problem solving

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Guaranteed Hours- 40 hours per week

Maximum days off: 7 days
