This per diem day-shift role is perfect for someone seeking flexible hours in a warm, supportive environment.Shift: DaysReceptionist DutiesGreet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer incoming calls, direct callers, take messages, and manage voicemail as neededMaintain accurate listings of resident room numbers, emergency contacts, and key facility informationOperate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipmentProvide general administrative support, including ordering supplies and organizing documentsHelp maintain an organized, welcoming reception areaRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishAbility to lift, push, pull, or move up to 40 poundsComfortable working around cleaning products and general facility operationsStrong customer service skills and a positive, professional demeanorOur Caring CommunityMystic Healthcare is a family-owned skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
