Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at RET Physical Therapy. As a key member of our outpatient clinic staff, you will work with patients who require occupational therapy services for a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-surgical, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurologic problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current WA state license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience preferred, but recent graduates and students are also encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional patient care.
