Dental Care at Ledge Rock in Johnstown, CO is now hiring 4 Dental Hygienists to build our brand new Hygiene team 2 Doctor practice. 

Located off HWY 60 & I25 in the new development of Ledge Rock Center 

'Ledge Rock is a 200 acres, mixed-use, master planned community in Johnstown, Colorado. A complete community located on the southeast side of I-25 and state highway 60, it will contain 1200 new apartments, 160 new single residences, and over 1-million square feet of retail space. Hours: Tues and Wed 7-4 Thurs 8-6 Fri 7-3

Hiring ahead of opening and will start Hygienists at a neighboring practice until construction is complete. 

Offering a $7,500 sign on bonus with a 1 yr commitment

Dental Care at Ledge Rock, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current dental hygienist license in CO and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

 

Preferred Experience

  • New Graduate or years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
