As a valued member of the Confluent Health family, we offer an expansive array of settings including Inpatient, ARU, SNF, Outpatient, and NICU. Our presence spans across more than 15 strategic locations in Los Angeles, Inland Empire and Orange County. Dynamic environments for all of our Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists & Occupational Therapists. We are seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Victorville This position will be between 4-8 hours a month doing Swallowing evals. This position can be for "off hours" as well, to work around a current position. Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities - - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' communication and speech disorders. - Develop individualized treatment plans to target speech and language goals. - Administer therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions. - Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes. - Maintain accurate and organized records of clients' progress. - AHA BLS required Professional Development Program - With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits.
