What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Sanitation Technician in Le Sueur, Minnesota.

The Sanitation Technician performs all tasks required to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the production facility and warehouses.  The Sanitation Technician identifies, cleans, and sanitizes areas that need specific attention that may or may not be included in the Master Sanitation Program. This position is responsible for operating equipment in the process of cheese rework and also all tasks required to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the cheese production area. The Sanitation Technician will identify, clean/sanitize areas that need specific attention.  

  

  • $20.54/hour
  • $1.50 Shift Differential
  • Double Time on Sundays
  • Monday - Thursday, every other weekend
    • 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

What you need to join our team:  

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • No experience required; in house training provided
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team
  • Desire to grow with a stable company

Where you’ll be working: 

Le Sueur, Minnesota

  • Our presence in Le Sueur, MN, consists of the following facilities: Le Sueur Cheese, Le Sueur Ingredients, Le Sueur Protein Research Center and the Le Sueur Business Office. Our cheese facility produces various types of cheese, including cheddar, monterey jack, asiago, fontina, parmesan and romano. Our ingredients facility runs various whey streams, including; whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate 34 (WPC 34), whey protein concentrate 80 (WPC 80) and both pharma and food-grade lactose.
