Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Business Pre –Sales Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.


Location: US metro areas . Travel may be required.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 12 to 15 years of expertise in SAP SCM S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and SAP S4 Hana SCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Enablement and Order Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our systems. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP SCM S/4HANA Sales and Distribution solutions to optimize business processes. Oversee the integration of SAP S4 Hana SCM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations. Provide strategic direction for the development and enhancement of sales enablement and order management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the scalability and reliability of SAP solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency. Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations. Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and SAP technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the team.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT strategies with business objectives.Implement best practices for data management and security within the SAP environment.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on key milestones and deliverables.


Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SCM S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.Demonstrate expertise in SAP S4 Hana SCM with a strong understanding of its integration capabilities.Have a proven track record in sales enablement and order management within a complex organizational structure.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Show strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Hold a relevant certification in SAP SCM or SAP S4 Hana to validate technical proficiency.
